Refund Policy
At Aura & Arco we sell physical cosmetic products. Your satisfaction matters, but so does cosmetic hygiene — this policy follows US consumer law and industry-standard practices.
1. 14-day return window
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
2. Hygiene exception (opened trays)
For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of lash trays whose seal has been opened, or trays that show signs of use. Standard cosmetic industry practice.
Returns are eligible if:
- Tray seal intact.
- No signs of use.
- Original packaging preserved.
3. Defective or damaged on arrival
If product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund, no extra cost.
4. How to start a return
- Email support@aurayarco.com with order number and reason.
- We send return instructions and address.
- You ship the product (return shipping at customer's cost, except for defects).
- Once received and inspected, refund processed within 14 business days to original payment.
