Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

Orders process within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri, excluding US federal holidays). Weekend orders process the next business day.

2. Delivery times

• Continental US (48 states): 10-17 business days from shipment.
• Alaska & Hawaii: 12-20 business days.
• US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.): 15-25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary during peak seasons.

3. Shipping costs

FREE shipping on every US order — no minimum required. Shipping is on us across all 50 states and US territories.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number. Check status anytime from Track Order.

5. Shipping issues

If your order doesn't arrive on time or arrives damaged, contact support@aurayarco.com with your order number. We resolve in 48 business hours.

6. Incorrect address

Double-check your address before confirming. If you email before processing we change it free. Once shipped, re-shipping for incorrect address is at customer's expense.

7. International shipping

We ship only within the US and US territories. To be notified when we expand, email support@aurayarco.com.
