1. Products
Aura & Arco sells physical cosmetic products. Descriptions, ingredient lists and photos are illustrative; actual product may vary slightly.
2. Prices & payment
All prices in US dollars (USD), excluding applicable sales tax. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. We reserve the right to change prices. The price at the moment of purchase applies.
3. Shipping

4. Returns & refunds
14 days from delivery, unopened trays only. Details in our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
Our products are cosmetic for external use. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, check the INCI list before use. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. We are not liable for misuse or for failure to verify the ingredient list.
6. User account
You don't need an account to purchase. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on the website is the current one.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by US federal and state law. Disputes resolved in appropriate courts of seller's jurisdiction.
