By using aurayarco.com or buying our products, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English — if anything is unclear, email support@aurayarco.com and we'll explain.

1. Who we are

Aura & Arco is a small-batch beauty brand based in the United States. We sell lashes, lip care, skincare, brow products and beauty tools through aurayarco.com. We ship only within the U.S.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order. By checking out, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method belongs to you.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if we detect fraud, suspect resale, or the listing had a pricing error.
If we cancel your order before shipment, you are refunded in full within 5 business days.

4. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment partners (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We never store your full card number.

5. Shipping

Free U.S. shipping on every order. Delivery in 4–10 business days. See full details in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

30 days to return, even on opened products. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Product information

We do our best to describe each product accurately, including ingredients (INCI lists), how to use, and what to expect. Colors may render slightly differently on your screen than in real life. If a product arrives noticeably different from what was described, contact us and we'll make it right.

8. Skincare and allergy disclaimer

Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, review the ingredient list before purchase or email us and we'll send the full INCI in advance.

If a product irritates your skin, stop using it immediately and contact us — we will refund the order, no questions asked.

9. Intellectual property

All content on aurayarco.com — product photography, copywriting, brand names, designs, and the Aura & Arco logo — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute or sell it without our written consent. Personal use (sharing on social media, screenshots for reference) is fine and encouraged.

10. User submissions

When you write us a review, post on social media tagging us, or send a photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing purposes with credit (your first name or handle). You can withdraw this consent any time by emailing us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by U.S. law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California unless required otherwise by federal law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
